installer do not know how to install the st guchi mortise lock and claim the lock is cheap and balia got problem might be spoiled ask me go claim warranty with st guchi

after st guchi inspection, the installer install the lock wrongly by up size down, the allen key hole position is facing upward, and they using power tool making the screw too tigh so the spring no space to react result the lock did not bounce back after pull downward

and the best part is the installer say he never install this kind of cheap lock before
